returns + shipping

We are happy to exchange any full price, unworn, item if you notify us within 7 days of receipt and return it to us within 7 days of receipt of your online order. All items that are returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn and have their original tags and packaging. Please note that only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost.

Please notice that the buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Mare Perpetua is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.

please note we do not offer international returns. all items made internationally will be final sale.

We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping. If item says it was delivered, it is no longer our responsibility and we cannot refund nor resend items to you. if you entered the incorrect shipping address you are also responsible for your order.

All sales are final after 7 days of purchase.

please bare in mind we are a small business and to keep returns or exchanges at minimum.
